Nutrics is a Toronto nutrition-tech startup preparing for launch.

We’re looking for an outgoing, active and ambitious person who wants more than just a typical part-time job.

You’ll be one of the people representing Nutrics in the real world — visiting gyms and fitness communities, meeting members and trainers, showing people our app, collecting feedback and helping build our first customer community before launch.

You’ll work closely with the founder and get hands-on experience building an early-stage startup from the ground up.

What you’ll do

- Visit gyms and fitness communities around Toronto
- Start conversations with gym members and trainers
- Show people how the Nutrics app works
- Help interested people join our launch waitlist
- Collect real customer feedback and share what you’re hearing with the team
- Build relationships with trainers, gym staff and fitness communities
- Track your visits, conversations and signups
- Occasionally help with fitness events, activations or local community campaigns

Who would be a great fit You don’t need years of sales experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident talking to new people
- Naturally social and energetic
- Interested in fitness, nutrition or healthy living
- Comfortable walking into a gym and starting conversations
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using apps, social media and mobile technology
- Curious about startups, marketing, growth or entrepreneurship

Students, recent graduates and early-career applicants are welcome. Experience in fitness, hospitality, events, promotions, retail,



customer service or social media is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Monday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Wednesday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Approximately 16 hours per week.

These shifts are scheduled around the busiest evening hours at gyms.

Compensation

$22/hour + performance bonuses

Bonuses will be based on results such as qualified Nutrics waitlist signups and successful community activations.

You’ll talk directly with potential customers, help us understand what people want, test how we introduce Nutrics to the market and contribute to our Toronto launch.

For the right person, there may be an opportunity to grow into larger responsibilities as Nutrics grows — including areas such as Community Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Events or Field Team Leadership, based on performance and business needs.

You’ll also work directly with the founder instead of being several layers away from decision-making.
