Duties

- Conduct comprehensive flight training sessions for student pilots, emphasizing safety, navigation, and aircraft handling skills
- Develop tailored lesson plans that align with regulatory requirements and individual student needs
- Evaluate student progress through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their flying capabilities
- Maintain accurate training records, logs, and certification documentation in accordance with aviation authority standards




- Supervise pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to reinforce learning objectives and safety protocols
- Collaborate with ground staff to coordinate training schedules and ensure aircraft readiness
- Promote a positive learning workplace by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm during all instructional activities

Requirements

- Valid Flight Instructor Class 3 certification or equivalent from an accredited aviation authority
- Strong mechanical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse learners
- Demonstrated leadership experience with supervising or mentoring students or junior staff
- Organizational skills to manage multiple training schedules efficiently
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus for navigation-related instruction
- Proven math skills essential for flight planning and calculations

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
