Responsibilities

- Conduct flight training sessions for students at various skill levels, from initial instruction to advanced maneuvers




- Develop personalized training plans that align with regulatory standards and individual student needs
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure all training activities comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of training progress, flight hours, and competency assessments
- Supervise and mentor junior instructors and support staff to uphold high training standards
- Coordinate with ground operations, maintenance teams, and air traffic control to facilitate smooth flight operations

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
