Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a FOH Supervisor, or in a similar role, preferably in a high end or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant software, and financial management tools.
- Understanding of food and beverage trends, especially in the context of Asian fusion cuisine.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- A passion for food,



hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese) is an asset.
