Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area and dining space, following proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction




- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy restaurant setting
