Reporting to a production room team lead, the food preparation employee will have an important role in extending out our core values of high-quality products. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional accuracy in producing the value-added line within Caudle’s Catch.

What we are looking for

- Can work independent and as a team
- Problem solving skills.
- Optimistic, passionate and friendly
- Food handling experience.
- Comfortable to work in a cold environment

Duties: · Creating value-added items (example, crab cakes)

· Preparing items for retail and wholesale customer orders

· Cleaning and keeping production room at high sanitization levels.
