Your days will include:

- Reviewing and assessing written programs to ensure compliance with FSR requirements
- Executing and maintaining FSR/SQF programs and SOPs
- Training new employees in FSR procedures and company policies
- Conducting verifications and updating records
- Continuously evaluating and improving FSR/SQF programs
- Collaborating with CFIA inspectors, Operations, and the QM and FSR team to address food safety concerns
- Contributing as a proactive team member within the FSR Department

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Relevant experience in HACCP, SQF, and food processing
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF (preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
