Concept Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, motivated, and people-oriented individual to help in the building of TYLLBEDONE, a Christian coffeeshop and curated retail concept, from the ground up.
This is more than a traditional barista position. You'll help create an experience that brings together great coffee, intentional design, and a carefully curated selection of Christian books, apparel, and lifestyle products, all within a welcoming space rooted in faith.
Working directly with the founder, you'll play an important role in shaping the space, customer experience, establishing daily operations, and bringing the concept to life. Beyond preparing coffee and serving customers, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, solve problems, and take ownership as the business develops.
We're looking for someone who is excited by the idea of building something meaningful, wants to learn how a business operates, and has the ambition to grow into a leadership role as TYLLBEDONE evolves.
