Role Description The Freelance Sales Agent role is a remote, independent contractor position focused on driving adoption of Imobiznets’ rental management platform. On a day-to-day basis, the agent identifies and qualifies potential clients such as property owners, managers, and agencies, builds and maintains a sales pipeline, and conducts online product demonstrations. The role includes presenting value propositions, negotiating commercial terms, and following up on leads to close deals.

The agent collaborates with internal teams to relay client feedback, supports onboarding by guiding new clients through the sales handover, and maintains accurate records of activities in the CRM. The position offers adaptable working hours and performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, understanding client needs,



and providing responsive follow-up.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or related services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Insurance or related financial products is beneficial, especially when advising clients on risk and coverage aspects of rental operations.
- Experience in Training clients or partners, including explaining platform features, processes, and best practices in a clear and structured way.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple prospects and tasks.
- Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, online meeting platforms, and basic office software.
- Knowledge of short- and mid-term rental markets or real estate operations is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
