Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders at the front counter
- Operate POS systems , to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare simple food items as needed, following food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, including food handling stations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and courteously
- Bus tables and wash dishes

Skills





- Previous food preparation and food service experience preferred, with a solid understanding of food industry standards
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
- Effective communication skills for engaging with customers confidently
