Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, be proficient in front desk operations, and have a passion for guest relations.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and providing information about our hotel or resort services.

Duties

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle reservations and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audit duties as required to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.




- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
