What Does a Front Desk & Guest Services Team Member Do? This role is an essential part of the Fuzz experience! As the first and last person our clients see, you play a key role in making every visit welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Along with managing front desk responsibilities, this role includes educating clients about our memberships, services, and retail products, with individual membership sales targets to help grow our membership community.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, confidently sharing recommendations, and helping clients find the services and products that best suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming first impression
- Booking appointments and answering incoming phone calls




- Processing payments and closing out client invoices accurately
- Educating clients about our services, memberships, promotions, and retail products
- Promoting membership benefits and working toward monthly membership sales targets
- Supporting retail sales and helping clients find products that meet their needs
- Providing exceptional customer care and ensuring a positive client experience from arrival to departure
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards through daily cleaning and front desk tasks
- Supporting the team with daily operational duties as needed

Position & Availability We are currently looking for a casual part-time team member with availability to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Education

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
