About Us

Santa Lucia Pizza on Corydon is a busy, well-loved neighbourhood spot serving lunch and dinner seven days a week. Along with our dine-in guests, we run a large takeout business, so our front of house team keeps things moving on the floor and on the phones.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized full-time Front of House team member. You’ll serve guests, handle a high volume of phone and takeout orders, and support our Operator and managers with day-to-day admin work. If you like a fast pace, enjoy talking with people, and want a role with more variety than serving alone, this is for you.

Responsibilities

- Greet and serve dine-in guests with attentive, friendly service
- Answer phones and take takeout and delivery orders accurately and quickly
- Manage the takeout counter,



including order pickup and payments
- Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Help the Operator and managers with admin tasks such as order tracking, scheduling support, and general paperwork
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep orders on time and correct

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a explicit, confident phone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic computer and POS use
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
