Since we operate as a buffet restaurant, the serving process is simple and easy to follow. Servers are not required to take food orders. Instead, the role focuses on welcoming customers, keeping tables clean, and making sure guests enjoy a comfortable dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming Customers: Greet arriving guests in a warm and professional manner and guide them to available seating.
- Dining Room Service: Regularly remove finished plates, used utensils, and other items from tables.
- Preparing Tables: Clean and arrange tables promptly so they are ready for the next guests.
- Maintaining the Dining Area: Ensure the restaurant remains tidy, organized, and comfortable throughout operating hours.
- Guest Assistance: Provide friendly support to customers whenever needed.
- Team Coordination: Work together with colleagues to maintain an efficient and pleasant dining environment.

Qualifications & Expectations We are looking for applicants who demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to our team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and valid open work permit holders are welcome to apply.
- Restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred.




- Familiarity with POS systems is considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally with guests.
- Basic mathematical skills for processing payments and handling cash.
- General awareness of food hygiene, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
- Comfortable working alongside others in a busy restaurant setting.
- Willingness to work lunch or dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must be able to commute reliably to Pincher Creek or relocate before beginning employment.
