- Provide direct classroom support for students with behavioural challenges
- Assist during transitions and in challenging situations




- Respond to student dysregulation following school procedures
- Promote student independence by reducing adult support
- Implement individualized programs to enhance learning engagement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- Minimum ten years' experience with school-aged children
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
