Commercial Cleaner – Red Deer, AB

Shine Clean Ltd. is looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner for an upcoming commercial cleaning contract in Red Deer.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is looking for consistent hours.

Schedule:

- Up to 8 hours during regular daytime hours
- Additional after-hours cleaning of approximately 3 hours
- Work available up to 6 days per week
- Flexible availability is preferred
- Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

- General commercial cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Garbage and recycling removal
- Restocking supplies
- Following site cleaning checklists and standards

Requirements:





- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physically active cleaning duties
- Background check may be required
