At Carter Cadillac, the Concierge position is critical as it is the first point of contact for all our guests. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in any Luxury retail setting and the ability to consistently provide an unrivaled customer service experience.

We are looking for candidates who have high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills.

Duties will include but not limited to: greeting, interfacing with customers, understanding their needs and guide them through our dealership, offering tours, respond to incoming calls and conduct service customers follow up calls.
