FAMILY PHYSICIAN – Oxford County Community Health Centre The Oxford County Community Health Centre is seeking a Full Time Family Physician (5 days per week, Woodstock site) to fill a full-time position working within a primary care multi-disciplinary team.

§ We serve complex, marginalized populations who face significant barriers in accessing primary health care and wraparound team-based services. Priority populations: Mental health and addictions.

Work Environment & Team

§ No overhead costs; no OHIP billing; fully salaried position

§ Surrounded by a team of professionals: MD’s, Nurse Practitioners, RAAM clinic, Dental clinic (affiliated with Schulich school of Dentistry), RNs, RPNs, Dietitian, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Addiction/Mental Health Counsellors, Community Outreach/System Navigation staff, Housing Stability Workers, Medical Receptionists

§ Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week; with built in administration time scheduled

§ Electronic Medical Record: TELUS PS Suite

Requirements

§ Current and valid license to practice from the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons

§ CCFP Certification or equivalent practical experience

§ Proof of Professional Liability Insurance

§ Satisfactory Police Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Screen

§ Experience in team-based primary care & exposure to the work of a Community Health Centre preferred
