We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team at KV Pallets. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing current and refurbished lumber used in our pallet operations.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position in a production environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Previous experience is an asset but is not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Sort and process new and refurbished lumber according to size, type, and quality.
- Inspect lumber for damage, defects, and suitability for reuse.
- Separate, organize, and stack lumber for further processing.
- Feed and handle lumber through processing equipment as trained and authorized.
- Remove unsuitable or damaged pieces from the production line.
- Move and organize lumber within the work area.




- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Follow established production procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist with other material processing and general labour duties as required.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movements.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Previous experience in lumber processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment is an asset but not required.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
