General Metal Shop Labourer – Entry Level

Sieg’s Manufacturing Ltd., a high‑volume metal spinning manufacturer in Langley, BC, is seeking an entry‑level General Metal Shop Labourer to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn hands‑on manufacturing skills in a rapid‑paced environment.

Position Overview

As a General Labourer, you will work on the shop floor assisting team members with a variety of tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Loading and unloading machines
- Shearing metal
- Riveting
- Circle cutting
- Assembly work
- Supporting machine operators and other team members as needed

You will work with multiple types of metal, including steel, aluminum, copper, and brass,



in a contemporary manufacturing facility equipped with automated machinery.

Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel‑toe boots required
- Completion of WHMIS training (or willingness to complete)
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- All other necessary safety equipment will be provided.
