About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Geotechnical Driller’s Helper to join our field operations team in British Columbia. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work, travel, and being part of a high-performing crew. You will work directly alongside experienced drillers on geotechnical drilling projects across the province.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist drillers with daily operations on geotechnical drilling projects (handling tooling, assist with sampling for onsite engineers, help with installation of monitoring wells, vibrating wires and S.I.’s
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment at shop and at job sites.
- Prepare and supply tooling and materials to maintain drilling operations
- Help set up, maintain,



and organize tools, water pumps and auxiliary equipment, rigs, and job sites for efficient workflow
- Enjoy working in outdoor environments
- Travel to various project locations throughout British Columbia (accommodations are provided by the company, LOA allowance)

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
- Previous drilling experience is an asset but not required for the right candidate
- H2S, First Aid an asset, but not required.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
