Duties

- Wrap a variety of purchases with precision, creativity, and care to meet customer expectations
- help pull orders to be wrapped
- Maintain a clean, organized wrapping station, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
- Manage multiple wrapping tasks efficiently during busy periods while upholding quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and politely, ensuring satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions for gift wrap services accurately and responsibly




- Support merchandising efforts by displaying gift wrapping materials attractively and replenishing stock as needed

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and pride in delivering high-quality gift wrapping services

Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
