Mecka is seeking a hands-on hardware manufacturing leader to scale production for its capture hardware and related systems. You will drive production readiness, supplier engagement, and process development across assembly, fixtures, calibration, and production testing.

You will collaborate with engineering and suppliers to qualify processes, reduce cycle times, and implement robust repair and requalification workflows.
