Role Description

This is a full time hybrid/remote Benefits Consulting role.

The Benefits

Consultant will meet and exceed revenue and growth targets, while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies,



tracking performance metrics and building a network of high value prospects and industry leaders. The Consultant will collaborate with senior leadership on sales forecasting, reporting, and process improvements to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Posesses a Life Insurance Lisence and has proven experience in selling Group Benefits.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, building networks and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable working in a remote and/or on-site environments engaging regularly in face-to-face client interactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of group perks insurance products and regulatory requirements in Canada is required

Job Type Full-time or Contract

Pay

$60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
