Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and experienced Hardscaping Foreman/Team Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of hardscape construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a leader on the job site, you will manage a team of skilled workers, interpret blueprints and schematics, and collaborate closely with clients and project managers to deliver exceptional outdoor living spaces.

Your expertise in construction management software and industry best practices will drive project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of hardscaping crew members, assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to accurately execute project plans.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, coordinating materials, equipment, and labor to meet project timelines.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating to maintain profitability.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors,



and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining clear communication channels.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in hardscaping or related construction fields with a strong understanding of outdoor landscape features.
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on hardscape elements like pavers, retaining walls, patios, fire pits, and similar features.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation to accurately follow design plans.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and budgeting tools to support project planning.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures to uphold safety standards and craftsmanship excellence.
- Experience using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar platforms for project coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while supervising multiple tasks simultaneously.
