Lakeshore is seeking a reliable, motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as

Head Custodian at Fisher Branch Early Years School and Fisher Branch Collegiate. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys being a self-starter, a team-player, and takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming spaces.

Position Responsibilities

Working under the direction of the Safety & Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and/or Principal, the Head Custodian is responsible for:

- Supervising and supporting maintenance staff;
- Completing minor repairs, renovations and maintenance projects;
- Maintaining school buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings;
- Conducting routine facility and grounds inspections;
- Responding to building alarms and maintenance concerns.

Shift: 12 months - Monday to Friday (8 hours/day) – Flexible schedule available Salary: $50,790.32 to $57,863.56 annually plus benefits
