We're Building Something Different

We're not chasing volume. We're building 10 dedicated two-person teams who know their homes inside and out. Every team gets assigned the same clients. You learn their preferences, their pets, the finishes that matter, what 'clean' actually means to them. They get consistency. You get purpose.

About Ry's & Shine Cleaning Co.

Ry's & Shine Cleaning Co. is dedicated to redefining home care through dedicated teams, consistency, and personal relationships. We assign a two-person team to each home—people who learn your preferences, your pets, your finishes, and your priorities. We believe your home deserves care, not just transactions. Our team gets to know your space and you get to know them. That's the difference.

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a two-person team assigned to the same homes every week. You'll learn what "clean" means to each family—whether that's sparkling granite countertops, pet-friendly solutions, or respecting their daily routines. You'll work with skilled-grade cleaning tools and plant-based,

non-toxic products. Your job is to show up, be consistent, and build trust.

Why This Matters In an industry that chases volume, we're choosing depth. We're looking for people who want stability, meaningful work, and real relationships with the homes and families they serve. This isn't about moving fast. It's about doing great work and being part of a small, tight-knit team.

What We're Looking For

You're reliable and detail-oriented. You take pride in your work and you genuinely care about the spaces you're in. You're comfortable working as part of a two-person team, and you understand that consistency is everything. You don't need perfection—you need to be real, present, and dedicated.

Tell us: What drew you to home care work? What does 'consistency' mean to you? Any relevant experience?

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
