Lead full‐cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding Deliver engaging onboarding, training, and orientation programs Be a Trusted HR Partner Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and workplace concerns Manage HRIS data, payroll updates, attendance, and reporting Maintain job descriptions, salary structures,



and HR documentation Support compliance with Quebec pay equity and French language requirements Manage decree respecting building services employees in province of QC (training will be provided) Develop and communicate clear, effective HR policies and processes Help create a positive culture through engagement programs and events Bilingual in English and French (required) ~ Post‐secondary education in HR or a related field ~5+ years of progressive HR experience ~ Grow your HR expertise across a wide range of functions Be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement Occasional travel may be required Opportunity to lead presentations and training sessions
