Position : Human Resources Business Partner

Location: ACX Head Office - Eastern or Western Canada

Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

Geographic Scope &

- Travel

Approximately 25% travel is required to visit assigned sites across Western and Eastern Canada, build relationships with site leaders, and support operational and HR priorities.

Your area of focus.

- Partner with site leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy.
- Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and overtime costs, implementing action plans to improve performance.
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.
- Support talent assessments, succession planning, leadership development, and internal promotions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with business needs and approved headcount.
- Support acquisitions, organizational change, and consistent HR practices across assigned sites.
- Track HR KPIs and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

What Are The Must-haves…

- Experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
- Strong business acumen and experience partnering with operational leaders.
- Knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Ability to use HR metrics to influence decisions and improve business outcomes.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting multi-site teams is an asset.
