We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC TechnicianG2 to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment to guarantee a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will contribute to the seamless functioning of building systems, supporting our commitment to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation units, and thermostats.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and cleaning to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals; identify root causes efficiently.
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed to maintain operational integrity.
- Weld or perform mechanical modifications on equipment when necessary to improve system reliability.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and construction plans for installation or repair projects.
- Maintain detailed service records,



logs of repairs performed, and inventory of parts used for accountability.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, welding, and appliance repair.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting and installation purposes.
- Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or maintenance.
- Mechanical or mechanic experience with a focus on system diagnostics and repairs.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to HVAC work, including proper handling of tools and hazardous materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
