As a key member of our Building Science and Sustainability team, you will leverage your architectural insight and engineering knowledge to conduct detailed Building and Property Condition Assessments. Key Responsibilities

- Complete detailed property condition assessments
- Recommend design and remedial strategies




- Conduct building envelope testing and assessments
- Draft reports and AutoCAD drawings for projects
- Aid in project coordination and quality control

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Building Science or similar
- Knowledge of property assessments and ASTM standards
- Understanding of building envelopes and systems
- Experience in technical report writing and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel and conduct field assessments
