Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Support &
- Project Implementation

- Identify, follow up on, and resolve complex operational issues across warehouses within the assigned region.

- Act as a key point of contact for warehouse teams, addressing operational needs and providing timely support.

- Lead the implementation of new projects, including site assessments, facility layout planning, capacity calculations, and workforce and equipment allocation.

1. Operational Efficiency &
- Cost Optimization

- Analyze regional operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase labor productivity, optimize operational efficiency, and reduce cost per parcel.

1. Quality, Safety &
- Compliance

- Conduct warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

- Identify compliance gaps, develop corrective action plans, and follow through on implementation.

- Assist with local government inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Control, Business Development, and other internal teams to address operational challenges.

- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely issue resolution and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

1. Training &
- Operational Development

- Provide training and guidance to frontline warehouse and transportation management teams on operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement methodologies.





- Support the standardization of operational practices and promote best practices across regional facilities.

Qualifications

1. Education

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

1. Skilled Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, project implementation, warehouse management, or distribution operations.

- Experience in new warehouse launches, facility setup, or operational optimization projects is strongly preferred.

1. Operational Knowledge

- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations, including workflows, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.

- Proven ability to develop, document, standardize, and improve operational processes and SOPs.

1. Project Management &
- Communication

- Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives through to completion.

- Highly execution-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach to operational challenges.

1. Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools such as Power BI.

- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable improvement plans.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
