Responsibilities

- Provide attentive supervision and care for children in their home environment, ensuring safety at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching opportunities to promote development
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning up after activities and maintaining a tidy space
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and nap times to foster consistency and comfort




- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s progress, behaviors, and any concerns

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset
- Demonstrated ability to cook nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children
- Proven skills in cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic workplace within the home
- Solid caregiving background with a focus on nurturing, patience, and positive reinforcement
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods is advantageous
