PADCOM is looking for a reliable, safety-minded Millwright to join our potash operations team. This hands-on role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and related equipment.
- Install, align, and replace mechanical components.
- Work with operators and other trades to address equipment issues and reduce downtime.
- Follow safe work procedures, including lockout requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records and a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

- Journeyperson Millwright certification; Red Seal preferred.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in mining, processing, or manufacturing.
- Robust mechanical troubleshooting skills.




- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Welding and fabrication experience would be an asset.
