Seeking approximately 10 staff members for our upcoming Lower Sackville location. We are looking for a mixture of Part Time and Full Time staff to fill several roles including Customer Service Reps, Pizza Makers, and Shift Runners (although everyone will be trained on all stations over time). Where the store will not be open for a couple more weeks training will take place at our other locations (most likely Bedford).

Pay rate will be determined by your position, experience, training progression, and whether you are part time or full time. Health insurance is available for full time employees.

Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at shift end.
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.




- Assist with upselling menu items to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Experience with cashiering systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards required for secure kitchen operations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
