Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies
- Improve internal communications tools for timely updates
- Inform employees about key engagement programs
- Promote AIM's brand on LinkedIn showcasing culture
- Track performance of communication initiatives for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or related area
- Two years' experience in communications, marketing or HR
- Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
- Excellent writing skills with attention to clarity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
