While we require employees to be present in the studio at least three days a week, we maintain flexible work arrangements for the remaining days. The IT and Audiovisual Support Technician assists the IT team in supporting artists and VFX production teams. This internship offers the opportunity to discover a demanding technical environment and gain practical experience in a world‐class VFX studio.

Technical support Receive and document support requests in the ticketing system. Perform initial diagnostics of simple hardware and software issues (network connection, peripherals, account access). Escalate complex incidents to the Service Desk team.

Support communication with users (ticket updates, follow‐up on solutions). Respond to various requests related to the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual and electronic equipment, as well as networking and distribution systems. Assist in the ongoing inspection, diagnosis, repair, and restoration of equipment, providing both preventative maintenance and responding to problems encountered.

Assist in preparing and configuring workstations for new artists (basic Windows/macOS/Linux installation). Follow internal procedures for software deployment. Check network connectivity and peripherals (screens,



tablets, audio).

Workstation Installations

Assist the team with internal relocations: simple connections, basic network cabling, installation of monitors and peripherals. Maintain an organized and safe workspace during relocations. Post‐Production Support Assist in preparing screening and review rooms (connection, screens, basic calibration).

Monitor the proper functioning of workstations during internal sessions. Observe emergency management procedures (no direct intervention without supervision). Document incidents encountered during after‐hours support for learning purposes. 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support in a VFX, post‐production, or mission‐critical IT environment. ~ Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems (user account management, drivers, updates, basic scripting in Python and PowerShell). ~ JIRA) and deployment tools (Ansible, Intune, Kandji). ~ Familiarity with VFX/post‐production software (Autodesk & Adobe suites, Nuke, Houdini, Unreal). ~ Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN). ~ Experience with remote desktop tools such as HP RGS / Teradici / Anyware is a plus. ~ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
