We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with 12+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Java and Python application development. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications
- Develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and Microservices
- Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews
- Mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices
- Design and develop integrations using APIs and microservices
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Collaborate with business, architecture, QA,



and DevOps teams
- Drive application performance, security, and scalability improvements
- Support CI/CD adoption, cloud integration, and production activities
- Participate in Agile development and delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience
