Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency event-driven microservices for enterprise trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Build event-driven microservices using Java 11/17, Spring Boot.
- Configure Solace topics, queues, pub/sub messaging, and guaranteed delivery.
- Optimize JVM tuning, multithreading, and serialization for sub-millisecond execution.
- Integrate relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and caches (Redis/Hazelcast).
- Deploy microservices on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on Java development (Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot).




- Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, JUnit/Mockito, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Banking / Capital Markets / Financial Services domain experience.
- Exposure to Kafka, IBM MQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
