GoPancham is an Inc. 5000 remote marketing agency, 50+ team members, 200+ active fitness business clients. As a Junior CSM, you’ll start with a smaller book, learn our systems, and build toward owning full client relationships.

What we’re looking for: ✅

- 1 to 2 years in a startup or scaleup environment, in account management or client success
- Client-facing call and communication experience
- Experience in digital marketing and working with paid ads
- Clear, confident spoken English.



Clients need to follow you easily on calls
- Available 9am to 5pm your local time, Mon to Fri
- Strong time management, resourceful, finds answers before asking

Nice to have: CRM experience, fitness industry
