Qualification requirements

- At least 1 year of landscape maintenance experience required (especially trimming)

Winter season responsibilities and requirements (November - March):
- On call availability 7 days a week
- Snow thrower, shovel, and backpack blower snow removal on snow days
- Early morning starts on snow days (7 am)

Seasonal clean-up responsibilities and requirements (April and October):
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Blowing and raking yard waste and disposal

Summer responsibilities and requirements (May - September):
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Leading a crew for mowing and trimming yards
- Quality control
- Yard waste disposal

General requirements:
- Communicating clearly and promptly with the rest of the team
- Independent and self-motivated, working in a team
- On site communication with the customers about their comments and questions
- Care and basic maintenance of work truck
- Keeping a positive and fun work environment

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,800.00 per month
