Job Summary

Green T Design Inc. is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our landscape construction team as Landscape Construction Labourers. Our team works on outdoor landscaping and green space projects, helping create and maintain attractive, functional, and sustainable environments.

This position is suitable for candidates with or without previous work experience. No prior landscaping or construction experience is required, as short-term on-the-job training will be provided to help new employees learn the necessary skills, use tools safely, and understand basic work procedures.

The successful candidate will assist with landscape installation, site preparation, planting, material handling, and other outdoor construction tasks under the supervision of experienced team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing construction and landscaping sites, including clearing debris, moving soil, and preparing ground surfaces.
- Help with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaped areas, garden beds, and green spaces.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely after receiving appropriate instructions.
- Move soil, plants, materials, and landscaping supplies as required.
- Assist with installing walkways, patios, edging, and other landscape features.
- Support experienced workers with general construction and landscaping activities.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Participate in short-term on-the-job training and learn new landscaping techniques and work methods.

Qualifications
- Previous construction, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is an asset but not required.
- No formal education or specialized training is required for entry-level candidates.
- Willingness to learn and participate in short-term on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and remain active throughout the workday.
- Basic teamwork skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety requirements.

Training and Development Green T Design Inc. welcomes candidates who are new to the landscaping industry. Short-term on-the-job training will be provided to introduce employees to daily duties, basic tool handling, landscaping procedures, and workplace safety practices. Previous experience is not necessary, as employees will learn under the guidance of experienced team members.

Pay: From $27.08 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
