This is a hands-on position for someone who understands landscape construction, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can be trusted to work independently.
You'll work directly with our Crew Lead, helping coordinate daily activities, solve problems, and maintain the quality and efficiency of our installations.
We're looking for someone who can recognize what needs to happen next, take initiative, and contribute to keeping the crew moving.

- Supporting the Crew Lead with daily planning, material organization, and jobsite coordination.
- Identifying potential problems and communicating them proactively before they affect the project.
- Helping less experienced crew members develop their skills.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
- Ensuring installations meet our standards for workmanship and attention to detail.

- Comfortable using construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Ability to take measurements, follow layouts, and work accurately.
- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor construction work.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
The right attitude: Technical ability matters, but so does the way you work.
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in doing things properly, including work that won't be visible when the project is finished.
- Has confidence in their abilities without bringing an ego to the jobsite.
- Can accept feedback, ask questions, and acknowledge when they don't know something.
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to make the crew more effective.
- Supports their coworkers and is willing to help wherever needed.
- Remains level-headed when plans change or challenges come up.
- Understands that every interaction with a client, coworker, supplier, or other trade reflects on the company.
You don't need to know everything. You do need to care about learning, improving, and producing work you can stand behind. What You Can Expect From Us
- A team that values skill, accountability, and mutual respect.
- High-quality residential construction projects with an emphasis on craftsmanship.
- Clear expectations and open communication.
- Opportunities to develop your technical abilities and take on greater responsibility.
