Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Labourer/Snow Removal specialist, where your energy and dedication will help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces year-round. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including gardening, horticulture, and snow removal, ensuring our clients' properties are safe, attractive, and well-kept. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to efficient operations and exceptional service delivery in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, mowing, and edging to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Operate and maintain equipment including excavators, power tools, hand tools, and other machinery to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct snow removal using plows, shovels, and other tools to ensure safe pathways during winter months.
- Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs to support healthy plant growth.




- Support gardening and horticulture projects by planting new greenery and maintaining existing landscapes.
- Conduct routine inspections of landscape features and mechanical systems to identify maintenance needs or repairs.
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work workplace.

Experience

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting will be considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience with snow removal or winter weather operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong work ethic with the motivation to learn new skills in landscape care and maintenance.

Pay: $16.65-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
