- Operate and maintain laser equipment with precision, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed during all treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate laser procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring proper sanitation and sterilization of all tools and surfaces before and after each session
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, expected results, and answer any questions to foster trust and satisfaction
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, balancing client needs with operational flow
- Uphold high standards of sanitation, cleanliness,
and safety throughout the clinic or treatment area
- Support retail sales efforts by recommending skincare products or packages that complement laser treatments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Laser Technician or similar role in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry
- Knowledge of various laser systems and their appropriate applications for different skin types and conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products and services confidently
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for laser operation (if applicable)
