Law Clerk - Subdivision Development Our client, a highly regarded and well established law firm located in mid town Toronto, is actively seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to join its growing team! Supporting the Subdivision Development practice

- Preparation and drafting of correspondence and legal documents
- Minimum of 5+ years of subdivision development experience
- Law Clerk Diploma required
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel), Unity Software, PC Law, LDD
- Ability to transcribe dictation for the preparation of real estate agreements and condominium documents is an asset;
