JMC Custom Millwork and our sister company- Above Board Construction were established in 1991 and operates out of our corporately owned shop in Pickering, On. We believe that beyond a doubt- our greatest strength lies in our people.

We are currently looking for an experienced, senior-level working Lead Cabinetmaker to join our Team.

Working under the schedule and guidance of the Shop Foreman, the Lead Cabinetmaker's responsibilities would be:

- provide input of constructability of projects and shop drawings to Shop Foreman
- take the lead in hands- on production of projects under the schedule guidance of the Shop Foreman
- possible delegation of tasks to other workers

The ideal candidate will need to possess the following skills:




- experience leading commercial millwork shop OR have the necessary experience to take that next step in their career
- fully capable of reading blueprints and shop drawings, create cut lists with no supervision
- ability to work in a team setting

We are non- CNC, primarily custom store fixture millwork shop that has seen fantastic growth over the past few years. Experience in high- end residential from start to finish would be a definite asset to a candidate. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
