Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments tailored to each client’s preferences.




- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and product usage to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic salon atmosphere that promotes teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Trades License required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in hair styling & colouring with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
- A passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous learning.

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
