Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes to the service line, supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies





Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and kitchen staff
- Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, sanitation standards, and basic culinary techniques
