Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently completing meal prep tasks
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations




- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to promote a safe working environment

Requirements

- Prior 2 year experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in meal prep
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
